Rates vary depending on length of stay and type of accommodation. Bookings of less than 30 days are considered short-term rentals, and bookings of at least 30 days are considered long-term rentals.

Short-term rentals are charged on a per-night basis. The rates, when booking directly with us, are indicated here

Long-term rentals are priced and quoted monthly. The longer you stay with us, the cheaper it is on a pro-rata per-night basis. For example, a 6-month lease on an apartment costs less per night than if booked on a per night basis.
A security deposit, also known as a rental bond, is money paid by the tenant at the start of a lease, and is used as financial protection for the lessor in case the tenant breaches the terms of the agreement. Instead of reservations guaranteed via credit card, we require security deposits for all our stays and the amount is based on the nature of the lease.
At the end of your stay, there will be an inspection to assess any damage to the property. You will be refunded your deposit less any damages and this depends on how your booked with us. Where you have booked directly with us or via channels that allow us to manage deposits directly, then we will arrange a bank transfer to an account of your choice. We do not handle cash except for bookings made via Booking.com.

  4. Force Majeure: in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations. In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

In a nutshell, many of the room amenities and services available to guests/tenants living at Warwick Centre are similar to hotels but naturally geared towards supporting independent living within a secure complex.

Some key experiences are compared below:

Dining
At Warwick Centre, you have the freedom to design your own meals and mealtimes in a fully equipped kitchen.

Hotel stays are structured with meal plans e.g. breakfast only, half-board, full-board, etc. and dining is set at particular mealtimes.

Lifestyle
Warwick Centre apartments provide comprehensive white goods including washing machine and dryer. The complex houses several businesses including restaurants/cafes and more broadly, those conducive to independent living such as banks, dry cleaning, etc. Commercial gyms and outdoor spaces are available within easy reach of the Centre.

Hotels, on the other hand, offer their guests extensive amenities on-site such as spa, gym, pool, garden, business centre, conference rooms, restaurant, bars, etc.

Service
Residents of Warwick Centre have support via the office during office hours and enjoy daily housekeeping service.

In addition to daily housekeeping, hotel guests have a wider range of services available to them such as room service, concierge, laundry service, 24/7 reception desk, etc.

Environment
Living at Warwick Centre carries with it a warm, relaxed and homely environment in a secure complex. Hotels may be secure, but sometimes may feel commercialised, routine and with guests experiencing a more than desired interaction with staff and other guests.

Yes, Warwick Centre has a variety of dining options including cafes, fast food outlets, and fine dining restaurants. There are several restaurants and cafes available in the immediate neighbourhood.
Warwick Centre is about a 30 to 40-minute drive from JKIA. You may wish to consider traditional taxi services or ride-share companies such as Uber to get to and from the airport.
We offer ample parking space available at a daily or monthly fee.
The complex and public areas are accessible with ramps, elevators, and designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. While our apartments aren't particularly catered towards special needs, please let us know of your specific requirements and we will communicate whether or not we will be able to accommodate those requests.
In general, no pets are allowed in our serviced apartment accommodation. However, only certified service dogs that have their guide/hearing/assistance dog badge or equivalent displayed on their coat or harness when in public and their handler that carries their identity/handler card will be allowed access on the premises.
